报告人简介：
1997--2000年在中国农业大学和中科院发育所攻读博士学位，从事杂种优势研究；2001--2004年为英国John Innes Centre博士后，研究课题为“Cloned and characterized the recessive resistance genes from Pea against a potyvirus, PSbMV”等；2004--2007年为美国加州大学河滨分校博士后，研究课题为“Identified and characterized novel components in RNA directed DNA Methylation pathway”等，揭示了不依赖于siRNA的基因沉默机理；2007--2009年为美国University of South Carolina博士后，2009--至今为美国加州大学河滨分校Research Assistant Professor，分别以拟南芥和线虫为研究对象，从事基因沉默相关研究。
