履历
1990年获硕士学位，1997年获博士学位，2002-2003年在清华大学做国内访问学者。

教学工作（近5年）
“生物化学”课程负责人，本课程2003年被山东农业大学授予“精品课程”，2004年被授予山东省“精品课程”，近5年来，每年都为生物技术及生物工程等专业主讲生物化学课程，其中3届为双语教学，5届授课人数达1500余人。
主讲硕士研究生学位课“高级生物化学”酶学部分， 5届 840余人
讲授硕士研究生及博士研究生选修课“酶与酶工程” 5届 70余人
讲授专业选修课“生物学专业英语” 2届 180人

主要研究方向
　 主要研究方向为酶的构象与功能的关系。包括酶的抑制动力学、酶结构改变对催化活性的影响等。目前主要集中在对生物体内代谢调控酶的分离纯化、性质研究、调控物质的筛选以及二硫键对酶的结构、催化活性及热稳定性的作用等研究上。

科研项目
１、利用定点突变技术研究二硫键对植酸酶结构、催化活性及热稳定性的作用，国家自然基金，主持人，2005-2007
２、叶片衰老关键酶分离纯化及调控衰老物质的研制与开发，应用基础研究，山东省优秀中青年科学家科研奖励基金，主持人，2001-2004
３、糖基化及二硫键对植酸酶稳定性的影响，高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金， 主持人，2006-2008

科研成果
对植酸酶的热稳定性及二硫键在去折叠和再折叠过程中的作用，有较深入的研究，论文发表在国际重要的生物化学类专业期刊上。近5年发表SCI论文近10篇，并多次被引用。
