Regulations on Foreign Teachers’ Apartments

                 in SDAU

1. Take care of all the appliances and furniture inside.

Compensation will be required for any damage.

2、入住公寓者要妥善保管自己的行李物品。入住者每人配4把钥匙，请妥善保管。工作结束离校时交回。

2. Every resident will receive a set of 4 keys to the apartment, and return them when the contract ends. Residents shall make sure that the apartment is always secure.

3、房间内可免费拨打校内电话（电话号码后四位）。如拨打校外电话时请先拨零。

3. It is free to call inside the campus (the last 4 digit number). If you want to dial outside the campus (including mobiles), please dial 0 first then the other digits.

4、每晚10：30至次日早5：30停水，请提前处理好个人事情。

4. There is no water supply between 10:30pm – 5:30am due to water shortages.

5、使用煤气时要注意安全，离开房间时，请把煤气总阀门关闭。遇到紧急情况，请打，火警：119，医救：120，匪警：110

窗户的紧急出口钥匙在窗台下。

5. Beware of gas. Turn off the line to the hob when you are not using it. There is a gas alarm in the kitchen. If there is gas in the air, the alarm will ring, at this moment, open the window first, then leave the room. Don’t turn on any switches or fire. The keys to the emergency way out on the window bars are under the window sill.

For fire emergency, call：119

For medical emergency, call：120

For other emergency, call：110

6、为了防止火灾，空调插头只能插在空调专用插座上。为了环保节电，在离开房间时，请关闭空调。

6. In order to prevent fire, the plug of air conditioner can only be used in the outlet specifically designed for it.

And in order to protect environmental resources and save power, would you be kind enough to turn off the air conditioner when you leave the room.

7、除室内设置的粘贴板上，其他地方请勿粘贴。

7. Please do not stick or nail anything to the wall except to the bulletin board on the wall.

8、未经允许，请勿留宿。

8. It is forbidden to keep any guests in your apartment overnight without permission.

9、按时交电费、电话费。

9. Pay the power and phone bills every month.

10、入住时需交押金600元，退房时，如果电费，电话费已结清，室内物品及房间钥匙完好无缺，房间清洁，押金将如数退还其本人。

10. 600 Chinese yuan deposit needs to be charged when checking in. If the power bill and phone bill are paid, everything in the rooms including keys remains as good as before, and all rooms are clean, the deposit will be totally returned when leaving.

11、任何行为不得影响他人的工作和生活。

11. Any behavior should not bother or offend others in the apartment.
